all of which is just your opinion: wishful thinking ( understandable ) but unprovable--unless it happens.

easy prompt:
When he takes the throne in heaven, he will clean out the house, first thing. He'll clean the Devil out of heaven
hasnt he done that already ?
jw view gambling as a sin and sadly people get addicted to gambling causing them financial and health problems.
but is playing a couple of bucks a week on some lottery tickets actually gambling?
what do you have to lose?
back in the 90s--the small company i worked for had 9 staff. We formed a syndicate on the lottery ( UK ). Back then there were 49 numbers.
My suggestion was we all picked different numbers, the same each week. That way we covered all the numbers--which shortened the odds slightly. But no--the dopes wanted their own " lucky numbers " so a lot of numbers were duplicated--and others not covered.
The decision was that any £10 wins ( the minimum ) would be pooled to pay for the christmas dinner and booze up.
My line won the £10 a few times--but mostly no-one won anything. But thanks to my wins the xmas fund had a nice little ££amount in it--that was till 2 of the boneheads took the lot and invested it in scratch cards.
Then there was nothing left--and i boycotted the group.
mandated shunning is on the rise around the world with devastating effects on millions of people.
shunning that is mandated by organized groups to its members is a form of both physical and psychological violence against those people being shunned and cut off from their family and life-long relationships.
mandated shunning means that the shunning is ordered from the top down.
@easyprompt.
i simply asked you to confirm what you wrote--hardly a bible question--is it. Also it shows i do read what you write. Its often just your opinion--nothing more.
The problem--for you--will arise when none of what you write takes place--what will you do then ?

Once it starts, it'll be over in 3 1/2 years. Then we'll really be free.
so the 3 & half is actual not symbolic ?
perhaps an odd subject for a presumably religious focused discussion board, but there are a fair number of brits here... i'm an american, but i sometimes listen to the podcast of the james o'brien radio show.
(a brit political radio show where people call in).
the past few months, a common topic has been people calling in discussing how hard they are getting hit financially because of a dramatic rise in interest rates on their mortgage.
what caused all these problems of high mortgage repayments now was the easy availabilty of dirt cheap mortgages in recent years--lack of supply in a high demand market shot house prices up. All the yuppies had to "get on the ladder" But the bubble has burst and house prices are collapsing.
We have seen it all before.
I sold up in 1991 and took a loss--then rented for the next 8 years.
Bought again in 1999--same price as i sold for 8 years before--and sat in that house for 4 years as the price quadrupled !
sold and bought twice since then.
Sold my present house 2 years ago for 50% more than i paid for it 5 years before--but cancelled the sale...as it was so chaotic with properties being sold the day they hit the market.
For me the cloud has a silver lining--at least i am now getting reasonable interest on my savings--but i have seen interest rates of 10% on savings in years gone by.
multiple very serious allegations against tony and then huge efforts to remove him from all pictures and videos, have to admit it doesn’t look good.. once the pennsylvania investigation becomes public knowledge and front page news it will be very very hard for 8 million pimis.. is it possible that this could be the largest problem the branch has ever faced?
larger than 1975, the overlapping generations or any other ‘test of faith’.
many will feel heartbroken and betrayed.
Whats the Jeh bit ?

All these whingers moaning about mortgage rates..i was paying 15% in the late 80s..
so, folks, 60 years ago, starting on september 1st, i believe, we, local witnesses in southern california, had the "privilege" of attending the "around the world assembly", at, of all places, the rose bowl, in pasadena.
(i think that it was an 8-day assembly) i was 9 years old then, almost ready to start 4th grade.
so, was anyone else, on this site, at that assembly?
the last big assembly i attended was at the old Wembley ( UK ) stadium--about 1969 / 70 ?--it rained non stop. I wasnt long married ( 1st time) and my born in wife expected me to sit in the rain for hours.
